SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
-Items are typically shipped within 2-3 working days of order confirmation. Delivery takes 3-7 working days.
-Once your order is dispatched you should receive an email with your tracking reference number and a link to the delivery company's parcel tracking website.
-Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at the moment but hopefully we will be able to do that in the near future.
-UK Standard Delivery: Delivery within 3 - 7 working days - £3.20
Return & Exchange Policy
-You are not able to change or cancel the order once placed but you can request a return.
-You can return the unwanted items within 14 days of receiving it as long as the items are in the original resale-able condition.
-Please email us at customer.info.outcast@gmail.com for a return form (refund or exchange).
- We aim to refund you 14 days of receiving the items.
​-Items worn, used and unsalable will be rejected and returned back to you.*
-It is free to return the unwanted items but please email us at: customer.info.outcast@gmail.com to process your request.
-If the items are lost in return transit, we are not responsible for it unless you have proof of tracking receipt for the items.
