    We are currently based in Kent, United Kingdom.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately not at the moment but hopefully we will be able to do that in the near future.
  • Can I track my order online?
    Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking reference number and a link to the delivery company's parcel tracking website.
  • When will I recieve my package?
    Items are typically shipped within 2-3 days of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    No, once the order has been placed the order cannot be cancelled. Please email us at customer.info.outcast@gmail.com so we can provide you with instruction on the return process.
  • What is your return policy?
    You can return the unwanted items within 14 days of receiving it as long as the items are in the original condition. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Do I have to pay for return?
